Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

For hygiene and quality assurance, items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How To Initiate A Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@lumawearscrubs.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Return Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or item changes, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If your requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Pre-Order Items

For pre-order purchases, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
When will I get my order?

All pre-orders to be shipped out by the first week of July 2026.
